Open the app → when the paywall appears, tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Use photos taken in natural daylight without heavy filters. Include a clear view of your face, hair color, and eye color. Avoid photos with strong color casts from artificial lighting.
